These order forms allow you to work out the price of your film transfer There is no obligation to purchase.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Select the form type for your films
• Enter all the details you can
• Print (by pressing on the print button at the bottom of the form)
• Post with films to our address below

 NOTE: if you have more than one type of film simply fill in one form first and print it out then fill in the next type - note, you only have to fill in your personal details on one form)

Now you have printed your form, enclose it with your films and post by recorded or special delivery to our address below. On arrival we will acknowledge the safe receipt of your film and check your order form, if there are any queries we will contact you. No deposit required with the films. Once your films have arrived with us we will assess the footage length in feet for cine and minutes for tapes. An invoice will then be sent to you based on this estimate. Once payment is received your order will be accepted and entered into the transfer queue. When the transfer has been done we will know the precise footage length and will be able to invoice you for the remainder or in the event of us overestimating the price you will receive a refund of the difference with your project. We find this the fairest method because if we charged by the reel size it may not be full and you would be overcharged. Other companies charge by reel size because they a, make more money and b, don’t have digital telecine machines that actually measure the footage length.

Final invoice - remainder to pay or refund to be given
Project shipped back with original films
